WindCast    e-Power provides market participants with intelligent wind power forecasts that are unmatched in the industry. Delivered via a secure website, this innovative product delivers country-level wind generation forecasts using an easy-to-understand interface accessible to decision-makers at any time.

WSI’s industry leading research and development team uses a cutting-edge, intelligent blend of the most proficient weather models available to produce accurate predictions of the key meteorological parameters for any wind farm around the world. These meteorological parameters are then fed into PRT’s state-of-the-art wind generation forecasting system, which is composed of an ensemble of intelligent system based models using such technologies as Artificial Neural Network, Fuzzy Logic and Evolutionary Computing. The forecasts are continually tuned throughout the day using the real-time wind generation and weather data.
