As an Associate Media Weather Producer, you will help provide forecasts and breaking weather coverage in a variety of media environments through voiceovers and on-camera presentations. WSI’s Weather Producers’ work in a team environment providing English and/or Spanish language weather presentations, broadcast ready graphics, and briefings, as well as providing support for customers throughout the US and Europe.

Become an important member of the WSI Aviation Forecasting team in a role as a dedicated meteorologist in support of a U.S. airline.
Extensive Aviation forecasting experience and a Meteorology or Atmospheric Science degree is required. Experience as a meteorologist in a dedicated or in direct support of airline (Part 121/135 carriers) operations is seen as a major advantage over other candidates. An acceptable alternative to direct airline experience would be experience in support of Air Traffic Control or as an airline Flight Dispatcher. The job may require some rotating shifts plus some weekend and holiday shift coverage.
